Our Policy

The main focus of KM Beauty is to provide the highest quality services. We are committed to meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations through personalized and memorable experiences.

For aesthetic and symmetry reasons, we do not touch up the work of other artists. If you have had previous lash services done elsewhere, please schedule a lash removal before booking an appointment with us.

New clients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time. For each service, a consultation and signed consent form are necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

To confirm your appointment, we require a deposit, which will be credited towards the total balance.
Terms and Conditions:

Prices listed do not include taxes.

We do not provide refunds for any services or products, regardless of the reason.

You may avail of a touch-up appointment within 7-21 days after receiving a new set. After 21 days, the cost will be considered as that of a new set.

If there are any issues with your service, please let us know within 24-48 hours so we can correct it.

Our appointments have a 10-minute grace period. If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment time, your appointment may be canceled, or your service time may be reduced if possible.
Cancellations

When you book your appointment with KM Beauty, we set aside an exclusive time just for you.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation, and your deposit will be treated as a cancellation fee.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, considered as a last-minute cancellation, and your deposit will not be refunded.

If you fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be treated as a no-show fee, and you may need to pay for future appointments in advance.
Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited.

You may reschedule your appointment once with your initial deposit.

We offer call and text reminders as a courtesy to our clients. If we can't confirm your appointment upon contacting you, it will be canceled.

Please note that our space is limited, so we kindly ask that you don't bring any guests.
